The Annual Meeting for Cornell Cooperative Extension of Hamilton 
County will be held at the Wells Senior Nutrition Site, which is located
 behind the Wells Community Center, on the 12th of November.  During 
this meeting we will be conducting elections for positions on the Board 
of Directors, reviewing this year's accomplishments, and attending to 
annual business. Attendees will have the opportunity to win one of the 
provided door prizes, which include gift cards. The meeting will begin 
at 11:30 a.m. and lunch is served at 12 p.m.. Lunch shall be 
served for a small fee for anyone that doesn't R.S.V.P. for dining 
accommodations while supplies last. Participants that attend the Annual 
Meeting and 
R.S.V.P for lunch by November 2nd will have the costs of their meal 
waived.  Please contact the Wells Senior Nutrition Site (518-924-4066) 
by the 2nd of November to 
reserve a seat(s) for lunch. The Wells Meal Site will be serving a Pot 
Roast luncheon. No reservations
are required to attend the Annual Meeting. If you have any questions or
